> Render inside After Effects. It's much faster than via Adobe Media Encoder. Also render your project to a DPX image sequence and then convert the DPXs to H.264 in Media Encoder or Premiere later. DPX is one of the few formats in AE that allows you to utilize 100 % CPU. It's a very sturdy format and it's been an industry standard for a long time.
