Monday, July 12th
- Woke up at 7 am and did a 15-minute meditation session
- Had breakfast and went for a 30-minute walk
- Worked on a project for work from 9 am to 12 pm
- Had lunch and went to the gym for an hour-long workout
- Practiced piano for 45 minutes and recorded my progress in my piano logs
- Spent some time talking to my family on the phone
- Cooked dinner and tracked my meals in my food log
- Watched a movie with my roommate before going to bed at 11 pm
Best things that happened today:
1. I made significant progress on my work project.
2. I had a great workout at the gym and felt energized afterward.
3. I enjoyed spending time with my roommate watching a movie.
